Counselling and Telehealth – Support from your own space

Telehealth sessions allow you to access psychology, counselling and coaching from a private space that works for you. We meet
via secure video, so you can attend sessions without travel time, whether you are at home, at work or in another suitable location.

Telehealth can be a good option if you:

  • have a busy schedule or caring responsibilities

  • live regionally or prefer not to travel

  • feel more comfortable talking from your own space

  • The focus of telehealth sessions is similar to in person work: we may explore stress and burnout, workplace and business pressures, relationship concerns, or major life transitions. Together we will decide whether telehealth is the right fit for your situation.

LOCATION FOR TELEHEALTH

Telehealth sessions are generally available to clients who are in Australia at the time of the appointment, and in some cases to Australian clients who are temporarily overseas. Due to insurance restrictions, I am not able to see clients who are located in the United States or Canada.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Telehealth sessions are offered by a Registered Psychologist and are subject to the same professional, ethical and confidentiality standards as in person sessions.

Before commencing telehealth, you will be asked to review and sign a Service Agreement that outlines how telehealth works, fees and cancellations, how your information and technology are managed, and the legal limits of confidentiality. We will talk through this agreement and you are welcome to ask questions at any time.
