How we can work together

Support is available for adults and couples navigating stress, workplace pressures, relationship concerns and major life transitions, with a registered psychologist who uses evidence informed approaches and focuses on practical change.

- Coaching and mentoring -
For professionals, leaders and business owners wanting space to reflect on performance, boundaries and wellbeing, and to clarify sustainable next steps.

- Counselling and telehealth -
Individual sessions for stress, low mood, anxiety, burnout and major life changes. Most appointments are via secure telehealth, with limited face to face options as available.

Our Resources and Blog pages are currently being developed. Digital information sheets, including a
Service Agreement, will be added here over time.
