You are welcome to book a 15 minute call to have a chat about an area of your life, work or business that you would like to change or improve in a meaningful way. During this conversation we will clarify what you are hoping for, identify some of the factors that may be keeping you stuck, and consider possible next steps. The session is for information and planning only and is not a therapy session.

If we decide to work together, the initial commitment is a minimum of three 50-minute coaching sessions. This may include pre and post evidence informed online questionnaires to help us better understand your goals and track focus areas over time. Between sessions you will be encouraged to complete agreed action steps so that what we discuss can be translated into practice. Any digital resource materials provided for your use remain yours to keep.
